Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pinide. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item and inspect it.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the returns process outlined above.
